Maggie’s treatment last Thursday was canceled to allow the clock to start on her washout period (required break from treatment between different clinical trials) to reduce any delay if we opt to enroll her in a new study. We came on home Friday for a long weekend. Phil will be driving us back to Houston tomorrow (Tuesday). Maggie has labs and a CT scan scheduled Wednesday morning. We’ll meet Thursday with her primary doctor to discuss the results of the scan and formulate the best plan going forward. We also meet with the Targeted Therapy (Phase 1) center Thursday to here details of a new clinical trial option. Maggie continues to have some breakthrough pain and nausea. She’s finishing a course of antibiotics for a UTI, so we’re on C-Diff watch. (We do have a complete course of Vancomycin to start without delay at the first indication).

That paragraph is fertile ground for a list of prayer requests. Thank you for faithfully lifting our needs to the Father. We’ll post a recap of the Thursday’s events as soon as we can.
